Care Plans
We have designed these products to provide a safe, high quality service to maintain and repair your appliances covered in this agreement. It is important you read these terms and conditions carefully as they form the basis of our agreement with you. Please note that we cannot offer a careplan included in a finance arrangement.

Our care plans are designed to look after your gas boiler, central heating system and plumbing inside your home, keeping everything running smoothly when you need it most.
Sadly, we can’t cover swimming pools, air source heat pumps, Jacuzzis, solid fuel or wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, or chimneys. If it bubbles, burns, or belongs in a spa brochure, it’s probably outside the plan.
Our plumbing cover includes the most common household issues, such as:
• Toilet siphons and ball valves • Radiator valves, including TRVs and lockshields • Leaks on internal pipework
These are the everyday problems that tend to happen at the most inconvenient times.
Yes. If a repair requires a part that isn’t included in the plan, the labour to fit a customer-supplied replacement is covered, helping keep costs down.
Your cover begins 14 days after the plan start date.
Once this initial period has passed, you are fully covered for breakdowns in line with the terms and conditions.
Yes! All boiler parts are included as standard, as long as the boiler is considered economical to repair. This simply means we look at the age and expected lifespan of the boiler. If a repair no longer makes sense, we will clearly explain your options so you can make an informed decision.
No pressure. No surprises.
Some fixtures are not included in the plan, including:
• Taps and tap bodies • Radiators • Decorative or specialist fittings
If one of these needs replacing, the labour to fit it is included in your plan, but the part itself would be chargeable. We’ll happily fit your gold tap… it’s just best if you choose the one you love. We’ll always explain any costs clearly before going ahead.
No. Solid fuel, wood-burning, and multifuel stoves are not covered by our care plans. These appliances require specialist servicing and chimney sweeping, which must be carried out by a qualified chimney sweep.
We will always try to book your annual boiler service at a time that suits you.
If we are unable to contact you after three attempts, (with the third being a letter), we will wait for you to get in touch. Missed services are not refundable, so it is important to keep your contact details up to date.
We are not chasing you for the sake of it. Regular servicing helps you get the best value and reliability from your care plan.
